c. We will ship the order only after a successful payment transaction. For high-risk transaction funds, we need to wait for the platform to release the funds only can process the order.
6. Refund

All completed payment is not allow to refund, However, only orders classified as high-risk payments are eligible for refunds ，We will refund the amount we received and charge additional fees and may charge additional fees, including a 5% to 15% refund processing charge, that apply to the processing of your refund request and payment gateway charger.
